Biography
Jennifer Reeder is an American artist, filmmaker, and screenwriter. She gained early recognition for her performance and video work as "White Trash Girl" (1995), a fictional persona through which she examined lower-income white culture in the United States. She founded the social justice group Tracers Book Club, which centers on feminist issues. Reeder earned an MFA from The School of the Art Institute of Chicago in 1996 and is represented by the Andrew Rafacz Gallery in Chicago, Illinois.
