Synopsis
When Police Chief Carter uncovers the remains of eleven women, FBI Special Agent Petrovick is brought in to profile the serial killer behind the so-called "boneyard" murders. As tensions rise between the police department, the narcotics agency, and the FBI, a complex network of suspicion emerges, casting doubt on everyone involved.
