Synopsis
A Secret Service agent and his brother, an impulsive ATF agent, attempt to thwart a group of extreme right-wing U.S. military mercenaries. The mercenaries, led by a fanatic Taiwanese woman, hijack the Queen Mary 2 ocean liner, which is carrying the U.S. and Chinese presidents. Their goal is to steal China's nuclear codes in order to arm China's ICBM missiles, using them as bargaining chips in their personal crusade against China.
