Synopsis

Eddie, a con artist, is framed and appears before a judge, where he attempts to claim insanity to avoid conviction. He is instead committed to a hospital for a mental assessment. During a nighttime storm that causes a power failure, chaos ensues and Eddie is mistakenly identified as a doctor, resulting in him being placed in charge of the hospital.
