Synopsis
Anna Forbes experiences an attack and sexual abuse at the hands of her father-in-law. When she finally overcomes her fear and tells her husband, Mark, he does not believe her, instead siding with his father, who denies all allegations. As Anna grows more desperate to be believed and her behavior becomes increasingly erratic, Mark has her committed to a mental institution for psychiatric treatment.
