Synopsis
As he waits for his daughter Angela to undergo brain surgery following a motorcycle accident, the surgeon Timoteo is consumed by memories of his passionate affair with Italia, a woman from the slums on the outskirts of the city where he lives. The memory of Italia, his beloved and object of intense desire, haunts him.
