Doomwatch: Winter Angel
Synopsis
University lecturer Neil Tannahill becomes entangled in a sinister conspiracy involving secretly-stored Soviet nuclear waste at a remote British nuclear facility after receiving an enigmatic note from Dr. Spencer Quist, a legendary atomic scientist and former head of "Doomwatch," the infamous scientific watchdog group of the 1970s.
