Stephen Toussaint is a British actor and writer known for his work in television. He first gained prominence for his role in the ITV crime drama *The Knock*, which aired from 1994 to 2000. More recently, he has been recognized for his portrayal of Lord Corlys Velaryon in the HBO fantasy series *House of the Dragon*.
