“Don't mess with these dragons!”
Synopsis
A successful lawyer is hired by a Hong Kong chemical plant to eliminate opposition to its polluting activities. However, when he becomes involved with a woman determined to stop the plant, he faces a conflict of interest and enlists the help of his loyal friends Samo and Biao, who eventually uncover the plant's true purpose.
