Synopsis

Traffic policeman Leo Fink, who runs a "rent-a-baby" service, is driven by two passions: his revolutionary traffic management program designed to eliminate traffic jams, and Vera Becker, the head of the traffic guidance department. Vera, however, pays him little attention—until she sees him with a baby. The sight of him holding an infant suddenly piques her interest, and Leo quickly realizes this could be his big opportunity. He believes he can win her over by presenting his innovative plan to reduce traffic congestion, using the baby as part of his charm strategy. The problem is that the baby, Felix, is not his child.
