Synopsis
The film parodies “March of the Penguins” by pairing South‑Pole penguin footage with human narration. Best friends Carl and Jimmy travel 70 miles to the mating grounds where female penguins, including Melissa and Vicki, await them. The gathered females discuss males, mating and expectations for the season. Throughout the trek, Carl, Jimmy and the other males converse about food, sex and flatulence. Until this year Carl’s sexual activity has been poor, but he becomes infatuated with Melissa, who appears to reciprocate his interest. A conflict arises when Jimmy discovers something soft in the darkness. The story then asks whether the friends can forgive one another and whether parenthood lies ahead for Carl and Melissa.

How many hands made this film
The scale of the collaboration
Principal cast & crew: 14
These are the principals we have on file — the full crew ran to the hundreds. Every film this size was made by far more hands than any credits list ever names.
Why a floor?
This is a minimum, not a total. We only count the credits we’ve captured so far, and coverage is uneven — a blockbuster might show a few hundred names while another of the same size shows a couple dozen. The real crews all ran into the thousands. The number here only grows as full credits are enriched — so we frame it as a floor, never a headcount.
