Biography
John Phillip Stamos is an American actor and musician known primarily for his television roles. He first gained recognition for playing Blackie Parrish on the ABC soap opera *General Hospital*, earning a Daytime Emmy nomination in 1983. He is best known for his role as Jesse Katsopolis on the ABC sitcom *Full House*, which ran from 1987 to 1995. After the series ended, he continued his career with appearances in various television films and series.
