Synopsis
Private eye Philip Marlowe is hired by ex-convict Moose Malloy to locate his former girlfriend, a lounge dancer. While also looking into the murder of a client and the theft of a jade necklace, Marlowe becomes involved with seductress Helen Grayle and uncovers a network of dark secrets that are better left undisturbed.
