Hong Kong cop Chan Ka‑Kui teams up with Interpol to track down a ruthless arms trafficker, only to discover he’s being puppeteered by a shadowy group posing as Russian intelligence, forcing him to outwit both the dealer and his unseen manipulators before chaos erupts worldwide.

Synopsis
In this film, Hong Kong police officer Chan Ka-Kui collaborates with Interpol to pursue and apprehend an illegal weapons dealer. As the investigation unfolds, Chan discovers that the situation is more complex than initially believed, and he soon finds himself manipulated by an organization masquerading as Russian intelligence.
