Synopsis
Diane McGowin worked as an administrative assistant for a group of attorneys in private practice. She began experiencing memory lapses, particularly with short-term memory, and suspected something was wrong. After undergoing numerous medical tests, she was diagnosed with Alzheimer's disease. Diane chose not to inform her husband, Jack McGowin, believing he would be concerned about financial matters, as she earned more than he did.
