Synopsis
In this film, West evades a pair of police officers and competes for the affection of Leatrice Joy alongside Oliver Hardy (mimicking Eric Campbell). A barber by profession, the tramp serves his rowdy customers with equal rudeness before the entire group attends an upscale Barbers' Ball.
