Hunt for the I-5 Killer
Synopsis
"Hunt for the I-5 Killer" is a dramatization based on the true story of a yearlong manhunt for a serial killer suspected of murdering 14 victims and committing numerous sexual assaults along the I-5 highway corridor in California, Washington, and Oregon. Detective Dave Kominek (played by John Corbett) begins to notice similarities between the cases and becomes determined to prove that the seemingly unrelated murders are the work of a single individual. As the investigation progresses and more victims are identified, a surprising possibility emerges: could the sadistic mass murderer be a handsome, all-American athlete? The film is based on a book by Ann Rule and also stars Sara Canning.
