Synopsis

A priest who hears a murderer's confession becomes bound by his vow of silence, even as circumstantial evidence begins to cast suspicion upon him. Torn between his faith and the need for self-preservation, he must confront public scandal and a trial for a crime about which he cannot reveal the truth.
