Synopsis
When a state trooper is killed in a shooting on a New Jersey highway, his friend and fellow officer begins an investigation to find the perpetrators. As he uncovers links between the murder and a large underground terrorist network, he teams up with the FBI to conduct a sweeping five-state manhunt. The story is based on real events.
