A determined Philadelphia cop races to unmask a baffling serial killer whose sudden return after nine years threatens his promotion, his family, and his grip on reality.
Synopsis
In 1988, Philadelphia police officer Thomas "Locke" Lockhart, eager to become a detective, begins investigating a serial killer whose crimes have no scientific explanation. When the killer unexpectedly reappears nine years later, Locke's determination to uncover the truth puts his career, his family, and possibly his mental stability at risk.
