Synopsis
A group of oil magnates seek new methods to attract business. One proposes contacting inventor Pollard, who has developed a new gasoline substitute. Pollard resides in a home brimming with eccentric inventions. Upon receiving the message from the oil company, he becomes excited at the prospect of showcasing his innovation.
