Retired mathematician Jerry Selbee teams up with his wife Marge to exploit a hidden lottery formula and win millions, but must outwit skeptical authorities and corporate greed to turn the windfall into a lifeline for their struggling hometown.

Synopsis
Jerry Selbee, a retiree, uncovers a mathematical loophole in the Massachusetts lottery. With the assistance of his wife, Marge, he wins $27 million and uses the funds to revitalize their small town in Michigan.
