Kickboxer: Vengeance
After his brother is defeated by the brutal Muay Thai champion Tong Po, underdog martial artist Kurt Sloane must prove his worth through intense training and spiritual trials to avenge his family's honor in a high-stakes battle.
Synopsis
Eric and Kurt Sloane are members of a prominent martial artist family based in Venice, California. Kurt has long struggled to live up to the reputation of his older brother, Eric, who possesses natural talent for the sport that Kurt lacks. When Eric accepts a paid challenge to fight the Muay Thai champion Tong Po in Thailand, despite Kurt's reservations, he suffers a devastating defeat. Determined to avenge his brother, Kurt begins training under their shared mentor, Master Durand, in preparation for a fight against Tong Po. Initially skeptical of Kurt's potential, Durand gradually uncovers a hidden inner strength in him through a series of spiritual exercises and trials, which ultimately prepares Kurt for his climactic battle with the champion.
