Synopsis
Set against a backdrop of family secrets and unspoken tensions, a battle for inheritance unfolds within the wealthy Lanzac industrial family of Bordeaux. Elisabeth Lanzac heads a major wood-specializing industrial group with firm authority. Her eldest son, Nicolas, was named as her successor, but his life is cut short in a road accident. The family is shocked when the will is read, revealing that Nicolas has bequeathed his share to Julien, his previously unknown son.
