Synopsis
Lyle York, a former pimp turned Los Angeles Police Department detective, is driven by the murder of his sister, who was killed while working the streets several years earlier. Since leaving his past behind, York has partnered with Officer Russ Garfield in their efforts to rescue underage girls involved in prostitution. Hailey Atkins, a young runaway, is among those caught in this dangerous world. Though she desires to escape and lead an honest life, she struggles to break free from her pimp and lacks a safe place to go. York and Garfield take a risk to assist her.
