Synopsis

Marnie is an attractive yet emotionally distant thief who systematically steals from her employers before vanishing under new identities. When her latest employer, Mark Rutland, uncovers her secret, his initial fascination evolves into an intense obsession, leading him to blackmail her into marrying him, believing he can help her recover emotionally. As he delves further into her troubled psyche, repressed fears and deep-seated compulsions begin to emerge.
