Synopsis
A biopic about Howard Marks, a 1970s Welsh marijuana trafficker known for his inventive smuggling schemes, which contributed to his significant success in the drug trade and led to associations with both the IRA and British Intelligence. The film is based on Marks' autobiography of the same name.
