Murder Most Likely
Synopsis
In 1981, former RCMP undercover agent "Patrick Kelly" was accused of causing the mysterious death of his wife. Avoiding capture by authorities, Kelly married his second wife and maintained an extravagant lifestyle. In 1984, he was convicted of first-degree murder based on the testimony of a key witness, who alleged that Kelly had thrown his wife off the balcony of their luxury high-rise condominium. Ten years later, the witness recanted her testimony, claiming she had lied on the stand.
