Synopsis
In 1988, under international pressure, Chilean military dictator Augusto Pinochet is compelled to hold a plebiscite on his continued presidency. The vote will determine whether the public supports a "Yes" to extend his rule for another eight years or a "No" to end it. Opposition leaders recruiting for the "No" campaign enlist a brash young advertising executive, René Saavedra, to lead their efforts. Facing significant challenges, including limited resources and surveillance by Pinochet's agents, Saavedra and his team develop a bold strategy to win the election and restore democracy to Chile.
