Partly Cloudy
Synopsis
The stork is widely believed to deliver babies, but the origins of these babies remain a mystery. According to a whimsical tale, the answer lies in the stratosphere, where cloud people sculpt babies from clouds and bring them to life. Gus, a lonely and insecure grey cloud, is particularly skilled at creating "dangerous" babies. His creations include crocodiles, porcupines, rams, and more—each a work of art, but also a challenge for his loyal delivery stork partner, Peck. As Gus's creations become increasingly rambunctious, Peck finds his job becoming progressively harder. The question remains: how will Peck manage both his hazardous cargo and his friend's fiery temperament?
