Synopsis

When an unexploded World War II bomb is accidentally detonated in Pimlico, it uncovers a treasure trove and documents that prove the region is, in fact, part of Burgundy, France, making it foreign territory. In response, the British government attempts to reassert control by implementing border controls and cutting off services to the area.
