Synopsis
A fantastical story follows a young girl who refuses—or is unable to—adhere to the rules. Struggling with her frequent conflicts against a rigid, rule-driven world, Phoebe turns to her unconventional drama teacher for guidance, while her intelligent but troubled mother seeks inspiration from Phoebe herself.
