Synopsis
New York City detective Daniel Ciello agrees to assist the United States Department of Justice in rooting out corruption within the police department, provided he is not required to turn in any close friends. In the course of his involvement, Ciello uncovers a conspiracy within the department involving the smuggling of drugs to street informants.
