Synopsis
This film provides an in-depth examination of the beliefs held by Christians in the United States who adhere to a literal and creationist interpretation of the Bible, a denomination that is currently the fastest-growing branch of Christianity in the country. It explores the perspectives of these Christians, who reject Charles Darwin's theory of evolution, while also investigating how Darwin himself addressed the question of God during the development of his theory of natural selection in the mid-19th century.
