Synopsis

Carter is on vacation in Hong Kong with his friend Lee, hoping for a relaxing and exciting trip. While Carter is eager to socialize and enjoy the nightlife, Lee is determined to track down a Triad gang lord who may be responsible for the deaths of two men at the American Embassy. Their mission becomes more complicated when they uncover a counterfeiting operation, leading to a series of intense confrontations and dangerous situations. As they return to the United States, they hope to uncover the truth behind the bombing, the counterfeit ring, and the true loyalties of the attractive customs agent, Isabella.
