Synopsis
On Election Day, 1968, George Roundy, an irresponsible hairdresser and ladies' man, is preoccupied with cutting hair and managing his relationships with his girlfriends and his mistress, Felicia Karpf. Felicia's husband, Lester, is having an affair with Jackie, George's ex-girlfriend.
