Synopsis
An American man returns to the corrupt, Japanese-occupied Shanghai four months before Pearl Harbor and discovers that his friend has been killed. As he investigates the circumstances surrounding the death, he becomes involved in a growing romance and uncovers a larger secret being concealed by his own government.
