Two Native American men embark on a road trip to retrieve the remains of a man who abandoned their family, confronting the past and each other along the way.

Synopsis
Thomas, a young Native American man living on a reservation, is an avid storyteller with a nerdy demeanor, often wearing oversized glasses and sharing tales that others are not always eager to hear. His parents died in a fire in 1976, and he was rescued by Arnold. Shortly after, Arnold left the family, and Victor, Thomas's brother, has not seen his father for ten years. When Victor learns that Arnold has died, Thomas offers to provide the funds necessary for the journey to retrieve his remains.
