Synopsis

Kevin has revealed 23 distinct personalities to his trusted psychiatrist, Dr. Fletcher, but one remains hidden and is on the verge of emerging to take control. Driven by this submerged identity, Kevin abducts three teenage girls, led by the determined and perceptive Casey. This act triggers a struggle for survival among the various personalities within him, as well as those around him, as the boundaries separating his internal compartments begin to collapse.
