Dick Steele, aka Agent WD‑40, must race against time to retrieve a critical computer circuit and thwart General Rancor’s global missile launch, teaming with a daring KGB operative before the world is destroyed.

Synopsis
General Rancor, a ruthless leader, aims to take over the world and requires a specific computer circuit to launch his missile. The only one capable of stopping him is Dick Steele, also known as Agent WD-40. To acquire the circuit, Steele partners with Veronique Ukrinsky, a KGB agent whose father was the designer of the chip. The duo works together to find the location of Rancor's hidden headquarters, where Veronique's father and other hostages are being detained.
