Stolen Kisses

After being dishonorably discharged from the military, Antoine Doinel struggles to find stability as he juggles a failed job, a new gig as a detective's assistant, and a growing obsession with the detective's wife, forcing him to confront his loyalty to his longtime love, Christine.

Synopsis

The third installment in a series of films featuring François Truffaut's alter-ego, Antoine Doinel, follows Antoine after his discharge from military service. Christine's father helps him secure a job as a security guard, which Antoine soon loses. He then finds work assisting a private detective and becomes infatuated with the detective's attractive wife, Fabienne. Antoine is forced to choose between Fabienne and Christine.
