Synopsis

In the small town of Strawberry, high school music teacher Beth Landon takes a bold step by inviting renowned country singer Jason Keith to perform at the annual Strawberry Festival. Jason, a former one-hit wonder known for frequently canceling shows and having a difficult attitude, is not the ideal choice in the eyes of Beth's mother, Eileen, who is co-hosting the festival with her longtime friend Ruth. As the reigning Strawberry Queen, Beth defends her choice, but when she meets Jason in person, she realizes the challenges ahead. Beneath Jason's celebrity persona lies a hidden past that could impact his career in a significant way. With the help of his manager Ray and Beth's encouragement, Jason agrees to take the festival gig as a chance to revive his fading career and reconnect with his audience. As their time together progresses, Jason's brash demeanor softens, and both he and Beth begin to support each other in pursuing their true musical aspirations.

How many hands made this film

The scale of the collaboration

Principal cast & crew: 20

These are the principals we have on file — the full crew ran to the hundreds. Every film this size was made by far more hands than any credits list ever names.

Why a floor?

This is a minimum, not a total. We only count the credits we’ve captured so far, and coverage is uneven — a blockbuster might show a few hundred names while another of the same size shows a couple dozen. The real crews all ran into the thousands. The number here only grows as full credits are enriched — so we frame it as a floor, never a headcount.
