Synopsis

By 2033, a comet has disrupted Earth's rain cycle, transforming the planet into a desolate, barren desert. With resources dwindling, Kesslee, leader of the powerful and authoritarian Water & Power Corporation—which effectively serves as the government—controls the water supply. Refusing to submit to Kesslee's oppressive regime, two outlaws, Tank Girl and Jet Girl, rise up and join the enigmatic rebel group known as the Rippers in an effort to dismantle the corrupt system.
