Biography
Rachel Talalay, born July 16, 1958 in Chicago, Illinois, is an American director and producer known for directing *Freddy's Dead: The Final Nightmare* (1991) and *Tank Girl* (1995). Since the 1990s, she has worked extensively as a television director. She is also a film professor at the University of British Columbia.
