Synopsis
Warren Quimby runs a drugstore and attempts to keep his volatile wife, Claire, satisfied. When Claire abandons him for a liquor‑store salesman, Warren decides he can no longer endure the situation. He assumes a new identity with the intention of murdering his wife's lover without leaving evidence. His scheme becomes complicated by an attractive neighbor and a startling discovery that introduces further doubts and accusations.
