The Curtain Pole
Synopsis
A story unfolds in an upper-class drawing room where a gentleman accidentally breaks a curtain pole and sets out to find a replacement. Before doing so, he stops at a pub, where he purchases an unusually long pole. As he makes his way through the streets, the pole causes chaos, drawing an increasing number of followers who chase after him. Through a moment of cinematic trickery, he manages to escape his pursuers, only to later discover that the original pole has already been replaced.
