The Fifth Missile
Synopsis
The crew of a Polaris submarine, on a training mission simulating an attack on Russia, is stricken by toxic poisoning. One of the poisoned crew members is left behind on a remote island, where he is discovered by a local fisherman. As the submarine's commanding officer investigates the cause of the poisoning, he uncovers a conspiracy involving a secret government project and a mysterious chemical agent. The situation escalates as the remaining crew members struggle to survive and maintain control of the submarine, while the fisherman attempts to help the stranded sailor.
