The Ghost and Mr. Chicken
“G-G-GUARANTEED! YOU'LL BE SCARED UNTIL YOU LAUGH YOURSELF SILLY!”
Synopsis
Luther Heggs, a typesetter for the town newspaper, proposes a story idea centered on a local haunted house where a high-profile murder or suicide took place two decades earlier. The editor tasks Heggs with spending a night alone in the mansion to investigate. During his stay, Heggs experiences several supernatural occurrences and writes a front-page article that earns him local recognition. However, his success is short-lived when the nephew of the deceased files a libel lawsuit against him.

How many hands made this film
The scale of the collaboration
Principal cast & crew: 35
These are the principals we have on file — the full crew ran to the hundreds. Every film this size was made by far more hands than any credits list ever names.
Why a floor?
This is a minimum, not a total. We only count the credits we’ve captured so far, and coverage is uneven — a blockbuster might show a few hundred names while another of the same size shows a couple dozen. The real crews all ran into the thousands. The number here only grows as full credits are enriched — so we frame it as a floor, never a headcount.

Every stage matters — pitch decks and treatments from development, location scouts and table-reads from pre-production, set photos and crew anecdotes from production, edit-bay notes from post, and press kits, festival memories, or marketing ephemera from distribution.
