Synopsis
Jacques owns a rough, no-frills dive bar in New York City, which serves as a gathering place for a diverse group of habitual drinkers. He is consumed by his own self-destructive habits, drinking and smoking heavily, until he encounters Lucas, a young homeless man who has lost all hope. Seeing in Lucas a potential successor, Jacques takes him in, hoping to pass on his legacy.
