Synopsis
Six Californians start a club to discuss the works of Jane Austen. As they delve into Austen's novels, their discussions become more personal and introspective, reflecting their own lives and relationships. The film explores how the themes and characters in Austen's writing mirror the members' experiences, bringing them closer together and prompting individual growth.

Why 2.5×?
Cinemas keep roughly half of every ticket sold, and a wide release’s marketing often costs about as much again as the film — so a movie needs to gross around 2.5× its production budget just to break even theatrically.
